Janjati Suraksha Manch's demand: "De-listing" of converted people of STs by redefining Scheduled Tribes.

The tribal community is agitated over the demand for delisting. In response to the call from the Janjati Suraksha Manch, more than 15 lakhs men and women from 309 tribal communities organized district rallies across 221 out of the 250 tribal-majority districts in the country. These rallies took place in 49,910 villages, marking the beginning of the movement with a show of strength.
